- Specially designed lightweight Project X piston engineered for ultimate performance and durability
- Most kits incorporate a smaller wrist pin which reduces reciprocating weight
- Re-engineered Carrillo rod increases the overall length of the rod. By lengthening the connecting rod, these kits limit the amount of side load on the piston while increasing top end performance
- These kits do not change the displacement of the bike keeping your vehicle class legal (rules permitting)
- In the past, these types of assemblies were only available as custom pieces with custom prices
- Platinum Kits also includes a DLC pin ($60.00 value). This technology has been proven and used in the highest forms of motorsports because of its high resistance to abrasive wear, which extends the service life and reliability under extreme conditions
- Platinum kits come with Project X style piston, DLC pin, circlips, rings, Carrillo connecting rod and Cometic top end EST gasket kit
